DP Real Estate has a diverse portfolio of real estate holdings in various communities throughout Eastern Iowa. We are based out of Dubuque, IA, where much of our rental portfolio resides. We also invest in rural and distressed communities where there is a shortage of low-cost or quality housing. We understand that the residents love these communities, but may feel pushed to move to other areas due to better availability or a better quality of living.

 

Reasonably priced real estate is hard to find anymore, and buyers/renters are left with very vew options. We solve that issue by purchasing undesirable properties and breathing new life into them, often becoming the nicest house on the block. We then either sell or make available for rent.

We have been making recent investments in single-family homes in the Dubuque area, providing additional rental opportunities for individuals not ready to buy a home. Properties vary from affordable, 3+ bedroom, and luxury short-term and long-term rentals.

When we are preparing to provide a new property to the market, whether for sale or rent, our approach is the same. DP Real Estate takes a common-sense approach to renovations, and makes them turn-key and at a competitive cost. Properties for sale are primarily geared toward first-time homebuyers, or individuals looking for a fresh start.
